Fat Loss

Welcome to Heavy Blogger. This blog is going to show that a fat person can lose fat. Wow did I say fat person? Your damn right I did because I am one of them. I lost 105 lbs. about five years ago but failed to keep it off due to several mistakes. I have learned from those mistakes and I am going to show you how I am doing it. I guess I could be one of those guys that post a picture of muscles rippling and a washboard stomach and THEN  say, “wow, look at me, see how great I look now. Please don’t look at the before pics too hard.” Right. I am no fat loss or muscle guru. I am a regular guy that has a crazy schedule and life like you do. The difference is, is that I have done this before and now have it dialed in.  I am so sick of seeing those infomercials, or websites that tell you they have now found that one thing to help you with fat loss or gain muscle. Most of it is bullshit. How do I know? Some of it I tried, I have been researching fat loss and muscle building for about 15 years, and the world is getting fatter. It doesn’t take an expert to see what is going on.

Here are some questions to think about: Why are we as a people getting fatter?, How come there seems to be endless ways to lose fat, How come most of the programs seem to made for people in shape?, Why is there next to no infomercials with fat people in them besides before pics. This is just a few of the top of my head. The fat loss and fitness industries are insane. That is why I am going to enjoy writing this blog.
